The delivery charges, displayed on your cart page or checkout page, depends on the volumetric/absolute weight (whichever is greater) of the product ordered and the distance from the vendor location and the buyer location. However, The SuperMall always strives to provide an optimal delivery charge so that it does not become a burden on the customer and they enjoy the experience of shopping on our store.
Each and every product on our store had the estimated shipping days provided. The delivery timeline will be provided along with your order, as a tracking URL. You can visit My Account section –> My Orders, select the order that is under “Processing” stage to see the delivery timeline. In case of any clarifications, you can send an email to email@example.com.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email notification about the details of the order along with the break-up of the charges. This will also give the details about your billing and shipping address along with the product details. In case, the details the incorrect you can cancel the order from My Accounts section and place a new order. Within some time a tracking URL will be generated that will give you the status of the order and the estimated delivery timeline.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email notification with the details of the order. When the product is delivered, the package will contain the invoice provided by the vendor. On the package, you will have the shipping label provided by The SuperMall giving you the details of the package. The vendor may / may not provide the invoice of your order. To report any discrepancies, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is highly recommended to log into your The SuperMall account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

If you pay for an order Via Credit Card/Debit Card/NetBanking or any authorized The SuperMall wallets or UPI, the money will be debited from your associated bank account immediately.
A wishlist allows you to create personalized collections of products you want to buy and save them in your user account for future reference. Wishlists signify your interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.
The SuperMall ensures that our delivery partners and vendors take utmost care while packing and delivering your desires to you. There will be rare scenarios wherein you will receive a damaged / wrong product. However, The SuperMall still recommends you taking a picture or a video while you unbox your product. This will position you in a better place in case of disputes regarding damaged / wrong product being delivered to you. In an event of such a scenario, you need to place a return order in the My Orders section in your The SuperMall account. The return will be processed after proper adjudication and enquiry. Our suggestion is you keep the product in the same condition as delivered and retain the invoice. This should be handed over to the delivery agent at the time if scheduled pick-up.
You can definitely cancel your order and at any time you wish to. However, the refund will be processed, post proper adjudication of the cancellation. We recommend do not cancel the order just for the sake of it. Order exchange feature is currently not available on our platform. It will be available real soon.
Order tracking is provided for all your orders so that you are aware of the delivery status. We do not want to you to wait long for your desires.

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
1. Log into your The SuperMall account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return
4. Fill in the details and raise a return request
Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the ‘My Orders’ section of your The SuperMall account.
POCKET PAY INFORMATION
You can pay part of the amount through your wallet and the remaining through any other prepaid payment modes like Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Netbanking.
Please note that wallet cannot be combined with Cash/Card on Delivery (CoD) payment mode, and bank offers will not applicable for partial payments from the wallet.
